Every single piece in our collection features original, custom artwork designed by us and is freshly crafted only after you place your order. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept standard returns or full refunds if you simply change your mind. This sustainable, made-to-order approach allows us to reduce textile waste and keep our environmental footprint small.
The Perfect Fit & Style Guarantee (Size or Color Hesitation)
We want you to love how you look in our designs! We know it can be stressful ordering clothes online, wondering “What if this color doesn't suit me?” or “What if I picked the wrong size?”
If you receive your order and feel the color isn't quite right for you, or the size doesn't fit the way you wanted, you do not need to go through the hassle of shipping the item back to us.
Just contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Because everything is printed fresh, we cannot offer a 100% free swap, but we will happily print and ship you a brand-new replacement in a different size or color at a flat 50% discount. You can keep the original item, or pass it on as a gift to a friend!
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or is damaged during transit, we will immediately replace it at zero extra cost to you.
To claim your free replacement:
Take a clear photo or a quick unboxing video of the defect/damage.
Email it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, our production team will fast-track a brand-new replacement order to your doorstep.
