Production & Delivery Timelines
To ensure maximum print quality and minimize environmental waste, we operate on a made-to-order model. Every item is printed fresh specifically for you right after your order is confirmed.
Production Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our production team to print, quality-check, and package your apparel.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery across India typically takes an additional 3 to 6 business days depending on your location (metro cities generally receive packages faster than remote regions).
Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our production hub, an automated tracking link will be sent directly to your phone number or email address. You will be able to follow its journey in real-time.
Note: If you order multiple items featuring different designs, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on which printing queues finish first.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures
Please double-check your shipping address and mobile number carefully during checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missing phone number, or repeated unavailability, it will be automatically routed back to our fulfillment facility. Our support team will reach out to help you coordinate a re-delivery.
